Domino's independent non-executive director Helen Keays stepping down from role

She has served on their board since 2011.

Domino’s announced that Helen Keays would retiring from her role as an independent non-executive director of their board at the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2020 and would not be standing for re-election.

Keays would be approaching nine years as an independent non-executive director during 2020.

"On behalf of the Board, I should like to extend my thanks to Helen for her unstinting contribution to the Company and the Board over many years. I should also like to thank Helen for her support and counsel since I joined the Board and wish her success for the future,” Domino's interim chairman Ian Bull said in an announcement.
