Dunkin' Brands announces new promotions and appointments

Two of the executives have been with the company for more than 10 years.

Dunkin’ Brands has announced that they appointed Tom Manchester as senior vice president of integrated marketing for Dunkin' US, Jonathan Biggs as the new vice president of operations and Baskin-Robbins US & Canada and Rick Gestring as vice president for operating systems and restaurant experience at Dunkin'.

Manchester has been in the company for 17 years and will be looking after the culinary innovation, consumer insights, brand marketing and field marketing aspects of the business.

Biggs, on the other hand, has stayed for ten years and will assume operational responsibility of more than 2,600 Baskin-Robbins shops in the US and Canada whilst Gestring will lead, manage and support the integration of improved and enhanced restaurant level execution and guest satisfaction.
