Fourth appoints Clinton Anderson as new CEO
The company also has a new CFO, John Whitmarsh.
Hospitality operations platform Fourth has announced the appointment of its new CEO Clinton Anderson, who is set to replace the company’s founding chief executive Ben Hood after more than two decades.
Clinton previously served as president of Hospitality Solutions at Sabre since 2014. He also worked for Bain & Company for nearly 20 years where he developed growth, operations and mergers and acquisitions strategies for clients across Europe and the US.
“While stepping away from a company and customer base that I have grown and been passionate about for over 20 years is never easy, one of the key aspects of a good leader is to know the right time to transition. Clinton is the right person to lead the organisation into the future, given his strong experience and proven ability to drive results at scale,” Hood said about his appointment.
Fourth also announced the appointment of its new CFO John Whitmarsh, who has previously served in the same position at Mastercard-acquired Vyze and IT-provider Zenoss Inc.
