Harris + Hoole founders step back, focus on Taylor Street Baristas
The Tolley family are stepping back from the coffee shop chain they set up in a joint venture with Tesco to focus on Taylor Street.
Nick Tolley, co-founder and CEO of Harris + Hoole, said he and his family will be directing their efforts on the Taylor Street Baristas business, which will launch a site in New York later this year.
Taylor Street Baristas is looking to begin roasting its own coffee towards the end of the year.
The Tolleys are also said to be seeking a buyer for their share of the business but the family said there has been no current change in its ownership.
When the family leaves at the end of this month, the company said that current management team of Harris + Hoole will handle the day to day business.
