Patisserie Valerie appoints Rhys Iley as new group commercial director
Iley will be responsible for all store operations as well as sales of branded products to other retail partners.
Patisserie Holdings has appointed Rhys Iley as the new group commercial director, who was Starbucks’ former EMEA retail and operations vice president.
According to a report by The Grocer, Iley will be in charge of the bakery chain’s store operations and the sales of branded products.
Earlier in the month, the company has also assigned Nick Perrin as the new interim chief financial officer, replacing Chris Marsh who was arrested after the discovery of the £10 million accounting hole.
