The Restaurant Group appoints Mark Chambers as CEO of its leisure brands
His appointment is effective March 2020.
The Restaurant Group named Mark Chambers as the new CEO of its leisure brands, which include the Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito chains.
The move was part of the group’s long-standing simplification strategy of the team, which now comprises Kirk Davis as group CFO, Emma Woods as CEO of Wagamama and others.
Chambers recently stepped down as managing director at betting company GVC Group’s retail business, and was responsible for opening 3,500 shops.
His appointment is effective March 2020.
As of June 2019, the group operates 240 Frankie & Benny’s restaurants and 80 Chiquito’s stores.
