Butcher and the Farmer set to make international debut at The O2

The farm-to-table concept will open its doors in September.

Australian food and beverage brand Butcher and the Farmer is set to make its international debut by joining London’s ICON Outlet at The O2, AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners announced.

Set to open in September, the farm-to-table concept is backed by executive chefs Will and Steve, who have curated a menu with ingredients sourced directly from farmers and providers.

In addition, international bubble tea operator CoCo, is taking a unit whilst luxury gelato brand, Snowflake, has also signed for their latest site under the roof of The O2.

Collectively, the brands will take over 8,100 sq ft of space.

“Joining leading brands CoCo and Snowflake, Butcher and the Farmer will enrich our diverse mix of international cuisine, complementing the unrivalled fashion and leisure offer all under the roof of The O2,” Marion Dillon, Leasing Director for The O2 and ICON Outlet, said.
