JUST EAT acquires Clicca e Mangia, DeliveRex

The online and mobile market place for takeaway food announced the acquisition of two Italian online delivery companies.

The acquisition of Clicca e Mangia, based in Milan, and DeliveRex, based in Rome, will add several hundred new restaurants to the company’s expanding marketplace for takeaway food.

David Buttress, CEO of JUST EAT, said, “I am delighted to have added two fast-growing online restaurant delivery networks to our existing operations in Italy.”
