Record Welcome Greets New Southern Fried Chicken Restaurant in Belgium
Franchisee believes he could be looking at an annual turnover approaching USD 2 million.
The first new look Southern Fried Chicken restaurant, which recently opened in Belgium, has achieved record takings over its first three days of trading.
UK-based President Chris Gibson and Chairman of Southern Fried Chicken Andrew Withers, who both attended the launch of the store, found themselves with sleeves rolled up assisting staff in coping with the continuous surge of enthusiastic customers!
“It was unbelievable, customers were queueing out of the door from the moment we opened,” Chris Gibson declares.
“The new style store has certainly proved a great success and the menu went down a storm with customers. Obviously franchisee Laurent Sanantonio is absolutely delighted and, based on launch takings, he could be looking at an annual turnover approaching USD 2 million.”
He adds, “The Southern Fried Chicken store in Herstal was converted from a Buffalo Grill situated at a busy interchange, which demonstrates the importance of investing in a prime location for serious franchisees looking for rapid return on investment.”
