Shake Shack UK parent posts £1.06m profit for FY2024
The brand opened two restaurants in 2024.
Shake Shack UK parent Diverse Dining posted a profit after tax of £1.06m for the year ending December 2024, an increase from £764k loss from the year before, according to a recent Companies House filing.
Sales increase from £48.3m to £51.5m. Gross profit rose from 68.14% to 69.44%
The group said sales increased despite the closing of certain delivery kitchens. Additionally, Shake Shack also expanded its delivery sales channel to three aggregator partnerships.
“In 2024 and moving into 2025, the trading landscape continues to improve with restaurant sales increasing towards pre-pandemic levels. Due to this change, the company is actively in pursuit of further sites within its trading area,” Diverse Dining said.
Shake Shack has three restaurants scheduled to open in 2025.
