Sticks’n’Sushi hits record June with sales up nearly 8% YoY
The company served over 2.5 million pieces of sushi, up by 4%.
Sticks'n'Sushi posted its strongest-ever June performance after a month-long International Sushi Day campaign helped drive higher customer engagement across restaurants, takeaway, delivery, and catering.
The Danish-Japanese restaurant group recorded an almost 8% year-on-year increase in sales during June, marking the brand’s best June trading performance to date.
During the month, the company served more than 2.5 million pieces of sushi, up 4% from a year earlier.
The campaign, held throughout June as part of Sticks’n’Sushi’s “Remix The Whole World” platform, featured limited-edition dishes, cocktails, and sushi masterclasses.
More than 13,000 limited-edition dishes were sold during the campaign, with the Maguro Aburi—seared soy-cured tuna with garlic butter and tsume—emerging as the most popular item.
International Sushi Day was a key moment of the campaign, with more than 100,000 sushi rolls consumed across the group’s restaurants, takeaway, delivery, and catering channels.
The campaign also drove higher delivery demand and brought more than 2,350 office workers to city-wide corporate pop-ups.
