Pret A Manger hits the road with two new motorway service outlets
The openings are expected to create about 15 jobs.
Pret A Manger is opening two new motorway service station outlets this month through a partnership with Roadchef, a motorway and trunk road service area operator.
The new shops will open at Taunton Deane Southbound Services on the M5, between junctions 25 and 26, on 22 July, followed by Clacket Lane Westbound Services on the M25, between junctions 5 and 6, on 28 July.
The openings are expected to create about 15 jobs.
The outlets will offer Pret’s range of sandwiches, salads, hot food, snacks, and baked goods, including items such as the All-Butter Croissant, Chicken Caesar Bacon Baguette, and Posh Cheddar & Pickle Baguette.
Food will be prepared throughout the day in kitchens at each site.
The shops will also serve Pret’s organic coffee, teas, and iced drinks made by baristas.
Members of Pret’s Club Pret subscription service will be able to receive 50% off barista-made drinks at the two locations for a monthly fee of £5.
