Texas-based chain Which Wich Superior Sandwiches has signed its first multi-unit franchise deal in the UK with Breaking Brands Management Ltd.

The move follows the chain’s initial UK entry with company-run stores in central London.

Breaking Brands, led by operator Steve Lewis, plans to open the first locations in Cardiff, with operations managed by Chris Young.

Awada, who has overseen the brand’s UK development since launch, continues to lead the national expansion strategy.
