McDonald’s in the US is set to pay $26m to settle a class action suit filed by over 38,000 California workers since 2013. According to CNN, the case alleged the fast food giant of skirting overtime payment laws and denying employees of breaks amongst wage issues. Read more here.

Chick-fil-A in the US has launched its Christmas campaign: a two-minute animated film, a virtual Time Shop, and a limited-time pop-up in New York City, centered on the gift of time. Dairy Queen has released its Blizzard of the Month, the festive Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard made with candy cane pieces, choco chunks and cocoa fudge. The time-limited soft serve is available at select stores in the US.
