Biff's Kitchen secures funding to expand product range
The chain is currently working on its retail range.
Vegan fast food operator Biff’s Kitchen has bagged a six-figure initial fundraiser that will be utilised for improving products, updating brand identity and opening more stores.
The investment was led by Andrew Allen, the former creative lead and co-founder of chips manufacturer Snaffling Pig. Allen is now Biff’s Kitchen’s commercial director and partner.
The cash injection will see the firm focus on its branded product offering whilst continuing to expand under its Biff’s Jack Shack brand. Initially, the product business will focus on foodservice, building on successful pilots with operators such as All Star Lanes. A retail range is also in development.
