Gaucho sees 8% growth on covers after being acquired by Lomo Bidco
Results went 15% up compared to the 7% like-for-like trading decrease in the year to date.
Gaucho has announced that they have seen an 8% growth on covers for November 2018, a month of being acquired by Lomo Bidco from voluntary administration.
CEO Martin Williams also said that they have served 80,000 customers during the period.
“We are delighted to see that nearly 80,000 diners returned to Gaucho last month to try the new higher quality, lower priced menus and see our investment in heightened hospitality,” Williams said.
“The feedback from our guests has been amazing and we are enjoying welcoming back so many regulars as well as seeing a new younger demographic try Gaucho for the first time.”
They have recently appointed Ross Butler as managing director, Travis McKechnie as operations director, Jenna Bromage as brand and marketing director and Gemma Meale as HR director.
