JAB planning to list company that owns Keurig, Dr Pepper: report
Its Acorn Holdings unit is one of the company’s largest businesses.
Family owned JAB Holding Co, owner of select coffee and restaurant brands, is reportedly planning to list its Acorn Holdings unit, which owns Keurig, Dr Pepper, and other businesses.
Reuters reports that the conglomerate is envisioning taking it public “in the next two-three years.”
Acorn Holdings is said to be one of the company’s largest units, having acquired Dr Pepper Snapple last year.
It does not include JAB-owned restaurant chains such as Pret A Manger, Krispy Kreme and Einstein Bros Bagels.
