
Côte Brasserie launches Moulin Rouge-themed menu
The menu was developed by Côte executive chef Steve Allen.
Côte Brasserie has partnered with the West End production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical to offer a themed menu at its central London locations in Covent Garden, Soho, and St Martin’s Lane.
The four-course menu (£38.95) includes a glass of Crémant de Bourgogne and features French-inspired dishes such as Crab Maison, calamari with provençal mayonnaise, chicken liver parfait, confit pork belly, sirloin steak (with a supplement), tomato and harissa tagine, and tarte tatin à la provençale.
Desserts include lemongrass and lime leaf crème brûlée with burnt peaches and raspberries, chocolate mousse, a cheese plate, and a chocolate praline tart.
The collaboration also introduces a limited-edition cocktail, the Can-Can Sour.
