Côte Brasserie appoints Emma Dinnis as new CEO
She will lead the brand in its next phase of growth.
Côte Brasserie has appointed Emma Dinnis as its new Chief Executive Officer.
“I look forward to leading Côte into its next stage of growth,” Dinnis said.
Dinnis joined Côte after a tenure as managing director at Sofology, where she led the brand’s customer-first transformation.
With experience in retail and hospitality, she has also held senior leadership roles at Topshop/Topman, M&Co, IKEA, and Marks & Spencer.
Her appointment marks a new phase for Côte, which has seen positive results from its updated food and drink offer, refreshed restaurant design, and contemporary service style.
With strong investor support, the business is rolling out these changes across its estate and actively seeking new, larger sites to expand its footprint.
Côte currently operates over 70 restaurants across the UK.
