
McDonald's launches campaign to dispel food myths
The fast food chain's new “Good To Know” campaign tackled the commonly-held misconceptions about McDonald's ingredients.
The “Fries” advertisement discussed the myth that McDonald's fries aren't 'vegetarian', before saying that they were 100% made from British spuds. The “Chicken” ad, which talked about the brand's chicken nuggets, said they were made from 100% chicken breast meat.
The campaign is supported through broadcast, print, digital, social media, as well as cinema efforts.
