Subway appoints Above & Beyond as its UK ad agency

The brand previously worked with McCann London.

Subway UK and Ireland has appointed Above & Beyond as its creative agency.

The win follows a competitive three-way pitch run by marketing services consultancy AAR Group.

“We have had a very positive and effective relationship with the McCann team for more than 10 years, during which time they have produced some excellent work for us. We are, however, operating in a constantly changing marketplace and feel that we will now benefit from a fresh set of eyes on our brand and target audiences," Subway country director Colin Hughes explained.

McCann continues to work on Subway's European business, which it picked up in 2017.
