YO! launches Valentine’s menu alongside Sushi School sessions

The Valentine’s menu will be available from 10 to 15 February.

YO! is introducing a limited-edition Valentine’s menu alongside its Sushi School sessions.

For a limited time, the menu will include a new Valentine’s Tartare—a heart-shaped salmon tartare with chilli, beetroot mayonnaise, white sesame seeds, and edible flowers—as well as a Valentine’s Tartare Platter.

The platter combines the tartare with two salmon nigiri and a six-piece cucumber maki.

The limited-edition items are priced at £7.50 for the Valentine’s Tartare and £9.95 for the Valentine’s Tartare Platter.

A Valentine’s Sharer Platter is also available for £15.95. The platter will be sold in selected Tesco stores across the UK for at-home dining.

From 10 to 15 February, the Valentine’s menu will be available in YO! restaurants nationwide.

Moreover, YO!’s Sushi School experience runs as a two-hour group session where participants are guided through the basics of sushi making.

The class covers sushi traditions, knife skills, and rolling techniques, with attendees making their own sushi during the session.

It is open to all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced home cooks.

Sessions start at £34.95 per person and include a welcome drink (a soft drink for standard tickets), starters (edamame and gyoza to share), an introduction to sushi history and techniques, and four sushi rolls, including the Valentine’s Tartare.

For £37.95, tickets include an alcoholic drink instead (330ml Asahi or a 125ml glass of prosecco).
