Abokado has announced the launch of their autumn menu that is said to be suited for vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians.
It also features their new soup range that includes Tom Yum, Chicken Pho, Red Thai Curry and the Vegan Katsu Curry, which is the plant-based version of their Chicken Katsu Curry.
“We’ve driven innovation across our entire menu this year, putting the voice of our customers at the heart of everything we do and challenging ourselves to be insight led across our whole business,” Abokado’s co-founder and CEO Mark Lilley said.
“Growth in the popularity of Abokado’s hot menu means it now generates even more revenue than its highly regarded sushi offering. This has contributed to consistently strong trading through all seasons.”
