Busaba Eathai Kingston launches Thai brunch
Authentic Thai brunch will be offered at the brand’s recently opened Shoreditch and newly refurbished Kingston Riverside sites.
The brunch menu includes dishes such as coconut porridge or fisherman’s spiced rice (the Thai fisherman’s take on kedgeree).
Unlimited Prosecco is available for diners at £25.
Busaba has also created the the Busaba Bloody Mary and Khai luak. Eaten in rural Thailand, Khai luak is a soft boiled free-range egg with gentle Thai seasoning. The protein-filled breakfast is stirred, and then taken as a shot followed closely by the Busaba Bloody Mary.
The new brunch menu is available between 10am and 3pm on Saturday and Sundays.
