Chopstix unveils new plant-based dish
The brand said it plans to invest more in its NPD.
Fast-food brand Chopstix has launched its new All Leaf No Beef Teriyaki dish in time for Veganuary.
Chopstix predicts that demand for meat-free alternatives will continue to grow in 2024, and plans to invest significantly in NPD this year, with a focus on alternative diet options. The All Leaf No Beef topping is the first new menu item to be launched this year and provides a high quality, meat-free alternative for Chopstix customers seeking exciting vegan options, distinct from other high street staples.

Chopstix’s All Leaf No Beef Teriyaki is made with wok-fried peppers and onions in a delicious, sweet teriyaki sauce. The strips are prepared using soy protein sourced from Miami Foods, which is high in protein and fibre as well as palm oil free and low in saturated fat.
The launch of the new meat-free dish follows a highly successful campaign in Spring 2023, which saw the pan-Asian QSR adding its Plant-Based Beef Stir Fry topping to its menu.
“We are continuing to expand our menu to ensure that our customers have a variety of high quality and delicious dishes to choose from, regardless of their dietary requirements. With an increasing number of our customers taking part in Veganuary every year, it affords us a great opportunity to trial new plant-based dishes, with a view to making long term additions to the menu in this area. After the success of the Plant-Based ‘Beef’ Stir-Fry last year we are certain the All Leaf No Beef Teriyaki will be a hit with both our vegan and non-vegan customers alike,” Elio Elia, Head of Product at Chopstix, said.
The Chopstix Group consists of over 100 Chopstix sites, in addition to 10 sites operating as Yangtze, and 25 franchise sites under the Chozen Noodle brand.
