Four Hundred Rabbits, Cannon & Cannon launch Special Sourdough Pizza
It will be served throughout the month at their Nunhead and Crystal Palace stores.
On Friday 3rd November, Four Hundred Rabbits has launched a new limited edition sourdough pizza showcasing Borough Market based British charcuterie champion Cannon & Cannon’s hot smoked pork belly, plus kimchi, wood-roasted pineapple, smoked mozzarella and crème fraîche.
Four Hundred Rabbits will offer a vegetarian speciality this month as well, featuring the comforting Autumnal mix of pumpkin pesto, pickled chestnut mushrooms, goats curd, purple potato, sage and shallots. The two November exclusives will be available to dine in or take away and in half-sizes for children.
Each month the pizzeria’s menu includes both one meat and one vegetarian seasonal special with British toppings alongside their signature offerings, plus a rotating selection of dips. November’s creation in partnership with Cannon & Cannon will be followed by another new South London Producer Collaboration.
