Grab-and-go breakfast pots, protein-packed tofu part of PAUL's new summer range
The new items are developed in partnership with The Food Medic.
French artisan bakery and patisserie group PAUL will launch a Feel Good Food summer range, available in all shops via delivery partners Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
Done in partnership with Registered Associate Nutritionist and best-selling author Dr. Hazel Wallace, also known as The Food Medic, the range includes grab-and-go breakfast pots, protein-packed tofu and jackfruit salads, open sandwiches topped with Mediterranean vegetables, and a vegan Reuben sandwich filled with sauerkraut, balsamic beets and vegan gouda.
All items, available from 20 July to 30 September, are high in protein and fibre and use PAUL’s additive-free and preservative-free artisan bread.
“As our customers look to make food choices to support a healthier lifestyle, I’m really proud to be able to offer a truly versatile range, developed with the enthusiasm and creativity of such an experienced and respected doctor and nutritionist. As we celebrate 20 years of PAUL in the UK, we hope you enjoy the new PAUL X The Food Medic collection as much as we do,” PAUL executive chairman Maxime Holder said in a media release.
PAUL will donate 20p from every Food Medic salad sold to its charities.
