Great Tastes of America returns to McDonald’s UK
The Great Tastes of America promotion is back at McDonald’s for a tenth year, with authentic new flavours.
The promo introduces three brand new burgers, the Tennessee Stack, the New York Stack and the Tex Mex Stack. Customers will also see the return of the Spicy Buffalo BBQ Chicken with a new twist. For the first time, customers will be able to choose whether they want to have their Spicy Buffalo BBQ Chicken ‘Hot’ or ‘Extra Hot’.

Made with 100% British and Irish beef, each new burger offers a flavour of America from some of its states:
The Tennessee Stack - Featuring a rich Tennessee style BBQ sauce, two beef burgers, Beechwood smoked bacon, grilled onions and smoky cheese in a flour topped bun
The New York Stack – Featuring a sesame and poppy seed topped bagel, two beef burgers, tomato ketchup, mustard, Beechwood smoked bacon, cheese, chunky slaw and pickles
The Tex Mex Stack - Featuring crispy nachos, two beef burgers, Pepper Jack cheese, spicy smoky sauce and a hot and spicy bun
Made with 100% chicken breast, the Spicy Buffalo BBQ Chicken is a spicy chicken burger packed with flavour, featuring succulent chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, Beechwood smoked bacon, pepper Jack cheese, spicy Buffalo BBQ sauce and a toasted sesame seed topped bun.
Also included in the promotion, are the new Caramel Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake McFlurry as well as three new McCafe Iced beverages including the Berry Burst Smoothie, the Belgian Chocolate Honeycomb Frappe and the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade to get your summer started early. McDonald’s are also bringing Cheese Bites back to the menu for a limited time only.
Strawberry Cheesecake McFlurry, soft dairy ice cream swirled with white chocolate cheesecake truffle pieces, biscuit crumble and strawberry sauce
Caramel Cheesecake McFlurry, soft dairy ice cream swirled with white chocolate cheesecake truffle pieces, biscuit crumble and caramel sauce
The Berry Burst Smoothie, smooth wild berry fruit drink, freshly prepared with real fruit juice and blended ice
Belgian Chocolate Honeycomb Iced Frappe, blended with milk chocolate honeycomb and Belgian chocolate chips, each frappe comes topped with cream and drizzled in rich chocolate sauce
Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, tangy frozen lemonade freshly prepared and mixed with a sweet strawberry swirl
Cheese bites, made with a blend of mozzarella and Emmental cheese, with a crispy herb batter, served in a portion of 10 with a Rich Tomato Dip
Great Tastes of America will be available at McDonald’s from Wednesday 27th April 2016 for six weeks in participating restaurants. Each burger will be available for two weeks at a time, starting with The Tennessee Stack. The Spicy Buffalo BBQ Chicken is available from the 27th April until 7th June. The Strawberry Cheesecake and Caramel Cheesecake McFlurry run from the 27th April until the 7th June and all three McCafe beverages are available from the 27th April until the 11th October. Cheese bites are available from the 27th April until the 7th June.
