KFC UK&I rolls out Kwench drinks nationwide
The rollout is supported by a £38m investment from KFC and its franchise partners.
KFC UK & Ireland is rolling out a new drinks line, Kwench by KFC, across the country, targeting younger customers as demand for speciality drinks grows.
The launch follows a 2025 trial at 38 restaurants in Manchester.
From 2026, the UK and Ireland will be the first KFC markets worldwide to introduce Kwench in all restaurants.
The rollout is supported by a £38m investment from KFC and its franchise partners, marking an expansion of the chain’s drinks offer in response to changing consumer habits.
Kwench includes 11 made-to-order drinks across four categories: Krunch Shakes, Boba Refreshers, Sparkling Lemonades, and Iced Coffees, with more products planned.
The menu features fruit-led options such as Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade and Cherry Boba Refresher, alongside iced coffees including lattes and mochas, and shake flavours like Strawberry Shortcake Krunch, Caramel Krunch, and Chocolate Krunch.
As part of the rollout, restaurants will add dedicated Kwench counters and signage, with some sites also introducing additional furniture and in-store features.
The drinks are already being introduced, with nationwide restaurant and delivery platform availability expected by summer 2026.
Prices start at £1.99, with some drinks included in meal deals and snack bundles.
