LEON launches new autumn menu
The menu focuses on the idea of “meat as a side”.
According to a bi-annual survey of LEON Club members, people are eating less and less meat, with 40% of them saying they are actively making an effort to eat less meat.
LEON’s autumn menu will introduce three new fast food dishes, which have more plants and less meat. The new menu will include the Truffle Mushroom Burger and Naked Burgers.
Alongside the new menu items, LEON will be launching their eighth cookbook HAPPY SOUPS co-written by CEO and co-founder John Vincent, and food journalist and chef Rebecca Seal. Published by Octopus books, it will be available to buy in all LEON restaurants, then online and in all bookshops from the 5th of October.
