The item was trialled in 60 UK restaurants earlier this year.
McDonald's announced its triple cheeseburger will be a fixture to its saver menu, following a trial last February.
"Following a successful trial period earlier this year, the Triple Cheeseburger will now officially join the Saver Menu as a permanent addition from Wednesday 2 September," the chain said in a statement.
The burger is priced from just £2.19.
