
Ole & Steen announces spring menu for 2025
The brand calls it the ‘biggest and most exciting’ spring menu launch.
Bakery chain Ole & Steen has announced the launch of its spring menu for 2025 this 18 March, featuring fresh and vibrant flavours designed to bring joy, comfort, and relaxation.
The spring menu features the Hot Smoked Salmon & Chilli Honey Dressing Salad, which combines hot-smoked salmon with spinach, red cabbage coleslaw, cucumber, steamed broccoli, and edamame, all topped with a chilli honey dressing.
For a plant-based option, the Squash, Hummus & Chimichurri Dressing Salad includes quinoa, spinach, pickled red onions, roasted butternut squash, hummus, and a chimichurri drizzle.
The Chicken & Coleslaw Toastie is made with toasted focaccia filled with pulled chicken, red cabbage coleslaw, Red Leicester cheese, and chilli jam.
The Feta, Za’atar & Honey Danish features a flaky pastry with feta, za’atar, and honey.
For dessert, the Lemon Cake is a lemon sponge with lemon icing and dried flowers, while the Lemon Meringue Tart has a shortcrust base filled with lemon curd and citrus creme, topped with toasted meringue. The Banana & Walnut Bread is a soft, nutty loaf with a naturally sweet flavour.
The spring menu also introduces iced drinks like the Passionfruit Matcha Spritz, made with passionfruit puree, sparkling water, ice, and matcha, and the Guava & Lime Matcha Spritz, which combines guava, lime, and matcha. For a classic option, Fresh Lemonade is made with freshly squeezed lemons and mint, served ice-cold.
