PAUL launches new autumn range

The chain’s stews are only available in select stores.

French bakery and patisserie group PAUL has launched its new autumn menu, featuring two new grab-and-go stews.

PAUL’s Coq au Vin combines chicken, carrots, mushrooms, smoky bacon, onion, celery and herbes de Provence in a red wine sauce, whilst the Ratatouille includes tomatoes, peppers, onions, aubergines and courgettes with garlic, basil and thyme. Both items are served with mashed potatoes.

Available from the bakery’s hot hold counters, the two French stews will feature alongside three seasonal baguettes: bacon and stilton, roast beef and mustard mayonnaise, and vegan spiced falafel on turmeric bread. The bakery chain’s Croque Reuben will also be back for the winter months.

Lighter options include a vegan artichoke salad and sliced roast beef salad.

Whilst the new autumn baguettes, salads and croque can be found in all shops, the stews are only available from PAUL bakeries located in Tottenham Court Road, The Strand, Three Quays, Baker Street, St Pancras, Tower 42, Charter House, Canary Wharf, Piccadilly, Kingsway, Notting Hill Gate, Fleet Street and High Holborn.
