Santa Maria celebrates 15th year with pizza menu expansion

They have also collaborated with Bro Pizzeria to create the limited edition San Ciro pizza.

Santa Maria, now in its 15th year, has added new items to its pizza menu, now available at all its locations.

The new offerings include the San Vincenzo (£14.50), topped with aubergine parmigiana, smoked mozzarella, tomato sauce, and parmesan crisps; the Sant Ambrogio (£14.95), which includes smoked mozzarella, mixed peppers, fennel sausage, and parmesan with an optional wild rocket topping; and the San Carlo (£13.50), a vegan option made with a tomato and onion sauce, roasted aubergines, plum tomatoes, basil pesto, and toasted sunflower seeds.

Also new is the San Ciro (£15.50), a limited-edition pizza created in collaboration with Bro Pizzeria.

Crafted with Ciro Tutino, this new special item featured smoked mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy pineapple reduction, black lime dust, parmesan crisps, and chilli flakes.
