Wagamama launches new range of ramen offerings

They also added their new miso cod, tantanum beef and chilli prawn to their menu.

wagamama has announced that they released their new ramen offerings for the winter season.

Their menu now includes grilled duck ramen, chilli chicken ramen and tantanmen beef brisket ramen.

This is driven by a survey they conducted where 50% of Brits said that it’s hard to maintain healthy eating habits during the winter as they begin to crave for bigger servings and more stodgy type of meals.

“In Japan ramen is the ultimate winter comfort food that gives you that wholesome fulfilment without resorting to junk food,” wagamama’a executive head chef Steve Mangleshot said.

“Providing a bowlful of nourishment with essential carbohydrates in noodles, a hearty nutrient rich broth, fresh vegetable toppings and proteins in the form of meat or tofu it’s the perfectly balanced bowl of warming winter food.”
