Boparan Restaurant Group opens first multi-brand dining concept

The brand aims to offer "unrivalled flexibility."

Boparan Restaurant Group announced the upcoming launch of The Restaurant Hub, the business’ first multi-brand dining destination in Sainsbury’s.

Opening in Birmingham on 28 July, the 180-cover concept features BRG’s new Caffe Carluccio’s concept, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner and Harry Ramsden’s, done in collaboration with Deep Blue Restaurants.

Aiming to offer unrivalled flexibility, the group said The Restaurant Hub will allow guests to mix and match dishes from any of the participating brands, for both dining-in and home delivery. 

“The Restaurant Hub brings our and our partner’s most popular brands together in one place, offering diners the chance to access an array of signature dishes and to mix and match all their favourites in one meal occasion. We have ambitious growth plans and are actively looking for city centre, travel hub and neighbourhood sites across our brands,” BRG managing director Satnam Leihal said.
