The Cheese Bar creators to launch 40-metre cheese conveyor belt restaurant
Pick & Cheese is slated to open at the new KERB street food market in Seven Dials.
The creators of The Cheese Bar are launching a restaurant centered around a 40-metre cheese conveyor belt.
Dubbed ‘Pick & Cheese’, the concept is slated to open at the new KERB street food market in Seven Dials by late summer.
There will be 38 seats around the track, with each customer able to wait for over 25 different cheeses, all sourced from around the country.
The restaurant will showcase all-British farms and urban producers whilst each cheese will be paired with a different condiment.
