Crussh's Soho store commemorates Veganuary by going 100% vegan this month
The food and juice bar said that this could be a permanent business model if it was well-received by customers.
Crussh has announced that all menu items in their store in Soho will all be vegan for the whole month to celebrate Veganuary.
The pop-up store features over 70 plant-based recipes, including their Protein Gains smoothie, Choco Flax smoothie and Vegan ‘cheese’, mushroom & chestnut sourdough spelt toastie.
The move is said to be for Veganuary and a part of their Powered by Plants campaign where they aim to introduce eight vegan products across their sites. They also mentioned that they want to see if having a fully vegan Crussh would be a sustainable business model for the future.
“One of the biggest trends we’ve seen this year is the growth in veganism and we know that moving to a more plant-based diet can have such a positive impact on both the health of individuals and the planet,” Helen Harrison, head of marketing for Crussh, said.
“There are of course some new additions to the menu, such as 6 new smoothies, all made with a plant-based milk, as well as a new vegan cake range, including a carrot cake and courgette & lime cake,” she added.
