The venture initially launched on Deliveroo last year.
Delivery concept Eggs ’n’ Stuff opened its first pop-up store on Holloway Road last 20 March.
The first 100 customers received 50% off their meal, with the first 20 customers also receiving a free t-shirt.
Eggs ’n’ Stuff is a new venture from Josh Jarvis, founder of poultry shop Wing Shack and plant-based addition Vegan Shack. Jarvis developed the sister restaurant during the first lockdown, initially launching on Deliveroo last year.
The new pop-up store, open 8am-4pm for collection and delivery, will feature yolk-based items for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
During the evening, Wing Shack and Vegan Shack will also be available for delivery.
