Pasta Remoli founder to open grab-and-go concept in April
Gluten-free, whole wheat and vegan pasta options are part of the menu.
Chef Simone Remoli, the founder behind Pasta Remoli concept, will open a new grab-and-go restaurant named ‘Remoli’ in St Pancras International on 26 April.
The 239 sq ft site is expected to offer fresh, handmade pasta made daily. Tagliatelle, spaghetti, fusilli and maccheroncini will be available with sauces including cacio e pepe, Bolognese, arrabbiata and creamy mushroom with gnocchi. Ravioli dishes will be on offer.
Gluten-free, whole wheat and vegan pasta options are also on the menu, as well as a selection of pastries supplied directly from Rome.
“[W]e will be catering for those passengers who want something a bit more special than just a sandwich on their journey, but our ambition is also to be the go-to place for anyone travelling through the station whether they’re going on a break or simply going to work,” Remoli said in the announcement.
“We want to build a community with our local customers as well as those working within the station, the hotels around here and, of course, the offices. We are focussing on developing Remoli as an accessible grab and go concept in busy vibrant locations.”
Remoli will open between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday with breakfast available until 11am.
