Wagamama founder launches Italian-style Japanese sandwich bar

It is located in London’s Chelsea.

Wagamama founder Alan Yau unveiled his latest food concept featuring sando or Japanese sandwich with an Italian twist, in partnership with mozzarella bar group Obicà.

Mozzasando is located at 96 Draycott Avenue in London’s Chelsea.

The sandwich bar, which has 32 covers, serves Italian-styled sandos, like Cotolette Milanese, made with veal ribeye, truffle aioli with cucumber pickles, jalapeno and onion marmalade, as well as chargrilled sandos.
