Fred Bakery opens second London site at Oxford Circus

It features a split-level layout and serves hot drinks and sourdough, amongst others.

Fred Bakery recently opened its second London site in Oxford Circus.

The Oxford Circus bakery features a split-level layout with seating on both floors, designed to welcome both quick drop-ins and longer stays.

The interiors have been crafted by architect Lucas Che Tizard of Red Deer, reflecting what Fred Bakery called its signature minimalist aesthetic of off-white and neutral tones and natural textures.

Menu highlights include cinnamon rolls, apple crumble danish, and triple chocolate hazelnut. The bakery’s menu also offers sourdough, ciabatta, and baguettes baked in-house.

It also serves sandwiches and lunch dishes, including parma ham ciabatta and focaccia pizzas, amongst others.

Fred Bakery Oxford Circus also serves seasonal hot drinks and coffee served in partnership with Julius Meinl.

Fred Bakery opened its flagship bakery in Holborn, and was founded in 2021 to offer artisanal breads, pastries, sandwiches, and drinks made from sustainably sourced ingredients.
