Le Bab to serve limited-edition feathered game dishes

The three dishes are available for purchase from 25 November to 1 December.

Middle Eastern-inspired chain Le Bab has partnered with feathered game non-profit British Game Alliance (BGA) to release three new limited-edition feathered game dishes.

The limited dish line consists of “Crispy Fried Partridge,” “Pheasant Shawarma” and “Grouse Adana.”

“At Le Bab, using seasonal, British produce is the principle at the heart of our modern kebabs. Nothing is more emblematic of this than game – we’re passionate about using it and deeply excited to be collaborating with the BGA to bring more of it to our menu!,” Le Bab director Edward Burnet said.

According to BGA, feathered game has higher protein and selenium and lower in calories, compared to common poultry chicken.
