Over 200 QSR and fast casual restaurant leaders from the c-suite and other foodservice companies joined QSR Media UK’s customer experience webinar last 28 April, in partnership with payment solutions company Worldline.

The event kicked off with a 15-minute presentation from Sergey Chekmarev, The NPD Group’s director for client development, who discussed the resilience of QSRs in Britain, winning food categories, and the opportunities seen to meet post-lockdown expectations.

Closing the event was a panel discussion with Chekmarev, Neil Manhas (Chief Financial Officer, Pizza Hut Europe & UK General Manager, Pizza Hut), David Hodgetts (Managing Director, Triple Two Coffee), Mark Hilton (CEO, Paul UK), Michael Biggins (Director of Operations, UK & Europe, German Doner Kebab) and Lee Jones (Managing Director, Northern Europe, GSV, Worldline), which dealt with operators’ insights on how consumer behaviors have changed, enabling ease of access and brand trust, and marketing opportunities in delivery channels.
