Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s Scotland customers are the ones most likely to order alcohol with their burger, with 14% – higher than anywhere else in the UK.
In a study the chain conducted, beef burgers take the top spot for burger orders in Scotland, making up half (50%) of all orders – with the Bacon & Cheese burger being the favourite.
Chicken burgers make up around a fifth (18%) of orders, with just six percent of Scots going for a veggie or vegan option.
GBK’s Skinny Fries are most popular for Scots, who are also most likely to order onion rings (7%) with their burger.
