Subway partners with Tastemade for ‘at home' recipe series

The first item launched on 23 April.

Subway has teamed up with media company Tastemade for a series of ‘at home’ recipes, said to be inspired by the sandwich chain’s range of subs, sauces and famous cookies.

Seeing a demand for “at home meal inspiration”, the recipes have been created as part of the global food innovation alliance between the two brands.

The first Subway-inspired recipe launched on 23 April with a Subway-style Herb & Cheese Submarine Bread. This will be followed up with the instructions of how to make recipes inspired by the brand’s best selling menu items, such as Meatball Marinara Sub, Chicken Teriyaki Sub, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies and Chipotle Southwest Sauce, over the course of the following weeks.

The recipe videos can be viewed on Subway UK’s Facebook page and Instagram Stories, as well as the Tastemade Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest pages.

Subway earlier said it merged the Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions into a newly-formed EMEA region with Mike Kehoe joining as president.
