Blacklock to establish cloud kitchens across London
The service initially launched out of the group's Shoreditch restaurant.
Blacklock is launching a delivery menu across the capital, with up to four cloud kitchens set to open over the next two months.
The service initially launched out of the group's Shoreditch restaurant before expanding to a delivery-only kitchen in Battersea later this month.
Additional units in Wood Green and Camden are set to follow in April, with the group also in discussions to secure a permanent cloud kitchen in the Shoreditch area.
Each cloud kitchen will be run by Blacklock's own staff, with the expansion so far creating around 20 new jobs.
