
Costa launches first online community in partnership with ResearchBods
The coffee shop chain selected ResearchBods to recruit, build and manage an on-going, bespoke insight community.
Costa announced that it is broadening the scope of their market research efforts by creating an online insight community named Costa Espression.
Emma Whale, Senior Insight Manager at Costa said, “We understand the importance of giving our customers a voice. Costa Espression will do just that, allowing us to gain a greater understanding of what our customers want from the Costa brand and providing us with valuable insight into how we can learn and adapt to suit their tastes and needs.”
Hosted on ResearchBods ex-plor platform, Costa Espression will be accessible anytime, anywhere via the ex-plor app.
