Deliveroo launches new service allowing Brighton residents to order to Brighton Pier
The on-demand delivery service for restaurant meals is introducing delivery to Brighton Pier throughout August.
From Saturday 30 July, Customers located at Brighton Pier can use the app and add a note to their order on their app, letting the Deliveroo rider know where they are on the pier.
Jeremy Rawlinson, General Manager at Deliveroo, said: “When the sun is shining, there is nothing more quintessentially British than a picnic outside. We wanted to give locals the chance to have food from some of Brighton’s top restaurants delivered to the pier to replace the usual seaside cone of chips.
“Whether it’s a flavour filled burrito, selection of sandwiches or a health boosting juice, customers will now be able to order their favourite food to wherever they are on Brighton Pier at the touch of a button.”
Customers have the option to schedule orders via the Deliveroo app up to one day in advance or receive food as soon as possible between 12 noon and 11pm, from a variety of leading local, independent and high-quality chain restaurants, conveniently delivered to their homes and offices. In addition, Brighton residents can now use the Deliveroo site or app to order their breakfast from 9am until 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The app is available for download on the app store on an iPhone or Android device.
