Flesh & Buns partners with Call Systems Technology to drive customer service

Customers will be able to call for drinks directly from the Pisco Sours table.

The Japanese Izakaya restaurant will now be utilising Call Systems Technology (CST) software at its flagship Fitzrovia site.

Utilising CST’s Gen2 software, the installation of new call buttons aims to improve wait times and enable the front-of-house team to upsell its products. When the call button is pressed, an alert will show up on the corresponding drinks trolley to enable teams to assist with a drinks request promptly.

CST’s Gen2 is a software solution that controls and monitors a venue’s entire messaging and alarm operation. As a technology hub, Gen2 can send and receive messages and alerts, whilst unifying all communication across a restaurant and simplifying operations.

“Since installing the call buttons, we have seen sales of Pisco Sours greatly increase. We continue to monitor the results, which are excellent, and look forward to potentially rolling out the technology at our Covent Garden and future sites," Flesh & Buns general manager Emilie Raynal said.
